Welcome to our web portal. The Charlotte Small Business Spotlight. Started in July 2010, we hope this site becomes a "go to" site, a significant resource for those interested in the small business conversation in Charlotte and the surrounding area.

Mission

Small business people need a voice and a place they can call home, a place to connect, share successes and failures, find answers, hear and read news that is important to them-A Small Business Town Square. Our plan to create that place in old and new media; a home for honest talk, the real issues, and common sense solutions on-the-air, on-the-phone, and on-the-web.

Vision

Our television show and website aim to increase local business enterprise and to help facilitate working relationships within the Charlotte business community from which a model of mutual success is achieved.

• Two to three feature profiles per show: Who are the owners? What are their personal stories? What were their stumbling blocks? What are their major achievements? Would they do it again?

We welcome your participation, your ideas, insights, and expertise. The issues are broad, the problems are many, and at times, the solutions are very elusive. Ultimately, success is the goal for us all. This project is the first for our new video production company, Brayboy Communications Inc.. Video production for small business owners is what we do.
